After a successful order process, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address given.
We will send a shipment confirmation when the order has been shipped. We will ship all orders within 2 working days from the receipt of the order.
We shall not be held responsible for “force majeure”-delays or the possible disadvantage caused by such. Possible exceptions in delivery times will be notified on our front page.
Our delivery charge to Finland is 4,90€ for orders under 50€. Orders over 50€ will be granted free shipping. Delivery charge to Europe is 15€. For other countries, the delivery charge will be calculated separately. We ship orders within Finland via Postnord and outside Finland via DHL.

The Checkout payment service delivers your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your bank statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.

You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Savings Bank, Cooperative Bank, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S Bank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy will appear as your payee in your account statement, and we will pass your payment on to the online merchant. From the online store, you are directed directly to your bank to make a secure payment.
Checkout Finland also offers the opportunity to pay with a bank transfer form.
You can pay online at Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express. The online shop uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Checkout is displayed as a payee on a card invoice and passes the payment card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payment is done securely on a secure payment form and the payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile Payment Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass, and Transfer are application-based services that allow you to pay for online purchases by credit transfer from your account or card payment from your card by accepting a payment in that application. In addition, Pivo is successful in transfer payments, so payment can be accepted in any application that supports Transfer.
