The Popco.fi register is maintained by The Fashion Company Oy 2352437-6 and the name of the register is The Fashion Company Oy's customer register. The information is collected on a contractual basis so that the management of our customer relationship is effortless and pleasant on both sides, and so that the products can be paid for through the CheckOut Finland online payment service. With the information we collect, we can ensure that the service provides its users with a wide range of functionalities. The processing of data is not based on a legitimate interest.

What information do we collect?
When ordering and registering as a customer, we ask you for your first and last names, address, telephone number and e-mail address. When you register as a merchant, in addition to the above, we ask you for the company's name, business ID and contact phone number.
When you use the service, our system stores some of your activities in a database. From customers, we store orders and order history, wish lists, product reviews and communication in our service, among other things. The data of registered users will be retained for the time being or until the data subject wishes to edit or delete his or her data.
Data is collected from subscribers and registered users. The data will only be disclosed to the controller. The information is displayed in the order confirmations sent to the customer and the merchant by e-mail in connection with the order, as well as for customers registered in the POP & Co service. The information obtained will not be passed on to third parties outside the online service, nor outside the EU. However, the service provider may disclose customer data to the authorities within the limits permitted and required by applicable law. In the event of re-arrangements in the ownership of the company, we may disclose the information to new parties.
The controller is obliged to provide data subjects with information on the processing of personal data. A registered customer can browse and edit their user account information, as well as delete their account. The data subject has the right to obtain personal data concerning him which he has provided to the controller and the right to transfer the data to another controller.
The data subject has the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her and to withdraw consent to the processing of the data by contacting the controller.
The controller shall notify the data subject of the breach without undue delay.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates the EU Data Protection Regulation.
The service has a built-in strict access control that prevents outsiders from accessing the service and other users' data. The register is used only by persons whose job description includes its use. Each user in the register has a personal username and password. Users are bound by professional secrecy. No paper printout is kept from the register.
